2. Purpose of This Website

The Well Done Foundation exists to encourage, equip, and mobilize individuals to pursue God wholeheartedly and to love people in truth and action (1 John 3:18). Our content, resources, and donation opportunities are provided to support our mission in Texas and around the world.

3. Use of Content

All text, images, graphics, downloadable files, and other materials on this Site are owned or licensed by the Well Done Foundation.

View, share, or distribute content for personal, ministry, or educational use, provided no content is altered.

4. Donations

The Well Done Foundation gratefully receives voluntary donations to support our ministry efforts. By donating through our Site, you acknowledge the following:

All donations are voluntary.

You will receive a confirmation email and, when appropriate, a year-end giving statement for tax purposes.

Donors are responsible for ensuring that the information they submit is accurate.

No Refunds on Donations

All donations made to The Well Done Foundation are non-refundable. Because contributions immediately begin supporting ministry work, donations cannot be reversed or returned except in cases of proven administrative error (such as duplicate charges).

Tax Status:
The Well Done Foundation is a Texas Non-Profit Corporation. Once federal tax-exempt status applies, documentation will be provided upon request.

5. Digital Downloads (If Offered)

From time to time, digital products—such as study materials, e-books, audio resources, or similar content—may be available for purchase or free download.

By downloading digital content, you agree that:

All digital downloads are non-refundable.

You may download products to a maximum of three devices.

Downloads are for personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or redistributed.

If the Foundation offers event registrations, seminar fees, or workshop payments:

No Refunds on Registrations

All event fees are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another participant with prior written approval from the Foundation.
